It appears that we have another merchant that uses Covid as an excuse for providing poor customer service.
I completely understand the CDC guidelines concerning social distancing in the workplace. But that does not excuse providing or not providing great customer service to it's customers.
After a bit of research it seems a though they've had issues prior to Covid affecting the workplace.
One of the things Jeff Bezos said to his staff some time ago was it they didn't take care of the customer their business would cease to exist. By no means do I wish failure on this business. That would be horrible. But when a company doesn't value it's customer base, serious challenges most definitely arise as a result.
I've received better overall service from eBay vendors with NO EXCUSES. Clearly it's time to switch vendors where my $'s hold much more value.
**Update** Then to make it worse my buddy ordered the same item via their website and on eBay. They shipped his eBay order within a day but took 3 1/2 weeks to ship the order from their own website. Clearly they need a new operations manager to put in place new protocols that better help serve their customers.
Garbage! I was waiting 4 months to get matte black Glock 17 pins but they didn't match the matte black accessories I received from them in an earlier order!

Complete scam. Told me my package would be here . Its been 2 months and no package yet. Spent a total of $800 already. I recommend you guys order from topguns.store . They are legit and also had my pistol come in with one full magazine
I placed an order for a slide cut and paid $325. I confirmed the Glock store receivers my slide. After 2 months of no communication or product , I finally got an response that average time of slide cut is 16 weeks! Now at 16 weeks, I still don’t have my product and can’t a get a response. This company is a sham and should be closed down.
Placed an order on 03/12/21. Paid $9.99 for a part, plus an additional $10 for shipping.
The web site did not state the items were out of stock. It was only after placing the order that I received an email stating the items were out of stock. Frustrating, but I understand so I was willing to be patient. However, it's been over two months and Glock Store has not responded to any communication from me during that time. As others have pointed out, THE LIVE CHAT FEATURE ON THEIR WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK; I don't know why it's there other than to make it look like they're service-focused. However, they have a serious issue with customer service that has persisted so long, the perception is it's intentional.
I don't believe I've been billed since my order has not shipped, but I've been trying to cancel the order for some time and have not been able to communicate with a single person at this business. You can’t get in touch with the company by email or the chat link on the website. If you call by phone, you can listen to the pre-recorded message about Lenny McGill being on the floor creating new products. You will be on the line for up to 40 minutes before the service will automatically disconnect you and tell you to call back another time. So, the customer is just a fool for waiting while the Glock Store plays with their finances. WHY? Its not Covid Based. Many companies are telling this same lie while charging consistent rates on postage and handling and blaming Covid. And this is America…..
Ordered recoil spring guide for my Glock 26. The packaging said it was for the gun. Neither I nor my gunsmith could get it into the gun. Contacted customer service, exchanged a few e mails and pics then nothing. Sent several other e mails, still nothing. Im done w them
I ordered a ss80 builder set. It stated it was in stock, purchased and money was instantly taken from my account and the next day I receive an email saying my product will not be in stock and I gotta wait, ( never know how long the wait is, could be years ) I tried emailing them and calling them , haven’t heard back a single thing. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS FALSE ADVERTISING WEBSITE.
Ordered parts back in September 2020 it's now March 2021. They never sent me anything and never got back to any of my emails. Nothing. Pathetic never again with them.
Bought the 3lb connecter paid and they took the money without any problems. 24 hours later get a email saying they've been getting scammed can you send us a picture of your ID and bank cards last 4 digits. Like why do you need any of that if the payment went though. Sent them everything they asked for said my package was being shipped but all they did was create the label and never sent it in. It been a week now my package has been marked for ready to ship but yet they won't go drop it off
I recently purchased the OEM Glock +2 magazine extension with insert from the Glock Store. it showed them to be in stock on the website so I purchased enough for each magazine I had for my Glock 26. Two days later I get an email from them saying that they are sorry that after updating their inventory they do not have them in stock. And that they would put a hold on my Payment and would
charge me accordingly to what is in stock as it comes in. And if it should take as long as 30 days or more they would get back in touch with me and let me know. So why charge me for something you don’t even have? To me that’s very similar to stealing in a very polite way. If there is such a thing. I asked for a full refund and they did oblige without issue. it was my first experience with them but it certainly left an impression on the chances of me doing future business with them
Has the worst customer service. Says item is in stock when it’s not just to get your money.
Glockstore has been taking a lot of hits lately but much to do with stuff connected to COVID and public health edicts. I've had trouble with the web site from time to time to place online orders. In spite of many difficulties, their customer service folks more than make up for the glitches and "Brian" was a perfect example of "customer service". Not the first time I have worked with Brian. He is my go to sales person for everything I need. Once again, I had problems ordering online but was able to reach out to customer sales. Within 24 hours Brian got right back to me and quickly solved the problem and got what I needed. You just have to push past the other crap the Glockstore cannot control. I have been a loyal customer of Lenny's store and will continue doing business with Glock Store because of folks like Brian. His people make all the difference and I'm thankful for their help. Glad to see Lenny is heading to TN and bugging out of CA...their HUGE loss. Just like MAGPUL jumping to WY out of CO. That's what happens when you turn blue. Good luck folks!
Scam and rip off company, they want your money up front and fast, they get your $$$ and don't deliver with the goods. Stay away
A fraud. I placed an order and then was immediately a victim of fraud. My credit card info was used and I was forced to cancel and dispute charges. Two days later glockstore emailed me asking for pictures of my drivers license as well as my card which I cancelled. Do not trust them with your business. Beware
